BIGVU is much more than a sum of it’s parts.

I work for a small non-profit organization who is trying to break into the video world to get messages across to people on YouTube and Facebook. I have used another teleprompter app for recording and liked it, but Bigvu goes a step further without having me pull open the other video editor I use for videos. It can add music, change green screen backgrounds in a click, and also transcribe and close caption your video- for me as a person with a disability making videos for the internet, that’ is a real plus in my book.

I am happy with all of the features, but I do wish that you could upload your own music and your own intro/outro video – then it would be a totally one-stop app. Otherwise, it’s a really great product that I hope you’ll try!

Interesting, as I have never used or promoted the use of teleprompters before. I like that BigVu also imprints the captions – based on my teleprompter script – to the video as one file.

I’ve never wanted my clients to use teleprompters as I never want them to look stilted or look like they’re reading, so stepping further back, maximizing the font size, allows one to not look like they’re reading. At a selfie-stance/distance, it’s too easy to look like one’s reading off the prompt.

I do appreciate the ease of stopping the 1st take, clicking a button for creating the next take quickly, and carrying on. 6-takes later, most of which was fussing with my Airpods for audio input, and I knocked one out.

I have seen this software pop up on my instagram sooooo many times, and I was looking to get it but in the meantime I actually bought a physical teleprompter which works great. But you know those times you want to record outside of the office?

Well this is ideal – in fact I am starting to use this even more than my teleprompter.

So what does it do?
In a nut shell allows you to create a script on the web, send it to the app and then you can record using their app and read the script and record professionally without looking off camera.
Yes it takes a while to get used to it but it rocks.

Then you can go to the web and put in lower thirds, captions and more!!!

But, and the big wow for me was, they now have a teleprompter for the web, so you can actually record from your cam which is so cool!

The cons – honestly there are none!!!

Grab this well worth every single cent.

I was watching bigvu for a while now and deciding whether I wanted to go with this teleprompter and video recording application or look for another. I saw VlogEasy in another site that was offering similar features but not quite what bigvu offers. In the end, I chose bigvu.

I love the taller frontier feature which makes it easier to do a video without having to stumble and forget the words makes it look professional and smooth. I like how the team works really fast to update features and release the desktop version as well as they have a huge roadmap of features that they’re working on features that they collected as suggestions from their users.

I would highly recommend this application and I see a huge potential for this platform. Definitely don’t want to miss this one.

A teleprompter app has been on my shopping list for a long time. Thanks very much for this amazing deal! Took me minutes to create the first clip (very simple and intuitive). It was a nice surprise that the team was able to launch their Desktop version in days. Well done and congrats!

This is a really easy to use and smart app
I love it and perfect for alot of my work and I used to struggle talking to camera

I needed to record a script and this was just what I was looking for. I’m also very glad that BIGVU PrompterLive works on my Mac with Chrome. Haven’t used all the possibilities yet, but everything is simple and intuitive. There is even a temporary workspace to suggest features and vote for the ideas that already exist. Very promising app. Going to use it for making tutorial videos.

Thanks so much for this excellent app. Perfect timing. I needed to record a 30-minute presentation and there was no way I could memorize the script. I broke it into shorter chunks and used BigVu on my iPhone. The quality was great and using the teleprompter was easy and effective.

One thing that would be good is the ability to lock it in landscape. Every time I finished a video, I had to tip the phone upwards and back to landscape in order to get the text to format correctly.

Thank you for adding the desktop feature. That is really helpful.

This is the product that I was waiting for. What a great catch!

BIGVU works flawlessly and seamlessly on mobile and desktop. I have no problems in finding things out. it is all very clear and the helpdesk responds quickly.

Now even with the Desktop Recording function that their team did build in only 2 weeks it even gets greater! I have tested that out as well and also this works very smoothly.

I am still learning how to use all the features on BIGVU but wow! I am SO impressed as it does way more than I was expecting. This is a fantastic deal. If you make videos at all, or are thinking that you may want to in future, jump on this deal. It is fantastic. I am LOVING it! I can now easily make professional looking videos. I am not a total newbie to video, but still very much in the learner stage. This app makes it look like I really know what I’m doing. 🙂

I purchased tI purchased one code today so my two partners and I can make videos. It was not clear to me when I purchased the one code that I sould not receive a Team account. I cannot create multiple ‘desks’, which would allow me to create video categories. One code=one desk that up to 5 people share. I think the language should have been clearer. I’m still trying to figure out exactly how the other two users access the site. I can’t seem to get a good answer from the chat feature on the BigVu site. I’ll try emailing support to figure this out, but it’s frustrating that I sold my use case to my partners without the full knowledge of what we would receive from buying one code.

I grabbed BIGVU for making brief motivational/informational videos. It has exceeded my expectations! The iPhone app and desktop app are a user-friendly combo for getting the video shot in one take (I used to have a script in hand that I was always glancing down at, requiring loads of editing later), adding simple graphics, and (of course) captions. It’s really a no-brainer if you’re looking to get some pro-looking video content on your social channels.

First time I am so impressed with an app that I actually wanted to write a review. The teleprompter ono-screen, the background removal, the exact subtitles (due to the scripts being used) is exactly what I needed to easily produce more videos for social media.
The crop function when changing aspect ratios is easy to use and awesome, as are all the others. I haven’t even started t use them all but will.
If you like to use a script for your videos and you can still get this app before it is sold out, get it today! This is one of the few I never regret and will actually use!!!

This is a create app overall, easy and fast to use.
Get the job done quickly with its simple interface and still have some nifty tools up its sleeve.

I bought this coupon and when I try to redeem the code I had some trouble since my app sumo email and redeem email was not the same. I contact the help centre with chat, they reply to me within one hour max. I am so happy they also arrange a video call with me and supported me until the problem was resolved. I give 5 Taco not only for the product but also for their support. I will highly recommend this product to all.

What a great product that does everything and more! Has really simplified my video recording process.

I just made my first video on BIGVU and it was the simplest, fasted video I’ve ever created. The teleprompter feature is worth its weight in gold, but then there’s the captions and background music and other effects. All of which take time and money to produce well. My only request would be to have a pop up reminder before shooting video to put the phone on DND to avoid any notifications/calls from disrupting the recording. Overall, a fantastic product. Well done folks.

During the pandemy, I make video tutorial to my business a lot. One of my problem is forget the words of what I will say, so I have to repeat the shooting. I bought Bigvue and found out:

– The teleprompter really helps me on video making. Only one shot and done!
– Have 1080 HD quality.
– Cloud upload, and compress the video even smaller and does not affect the quality. So I can work with my other apps to combine one video to another.
– Very precise caption and scripting, despite I use non-English.
– Script can be written on my laptor and direct export to apps.
– Very responsive CS.

Expectation:
– The video edit/cut is using wording. It should be easier using non-wording like other movie apps.
– Can not cut unwanted video clip in the middle.
– We can not combine 2-3 clips altogether (or I do not know how to do that?)
– Awaiting the web recording like the apps.

Very promising apps to work with. You should grab this deal if you are a vlogger or making many tutorial videos.

Definitely a game changer. Perfect for camera shy people like me who needs to send a video message in the most conversational format

I bought this for two uses:

1. For me: I’m doing more videos, and having a good recorder/teleprompter is awesome.

2. For partners: To set them up with a prompter to create their own promotional videos for events we work on together.

It’s pretty easy. Mostly intuitive.

Overall, I bought it and got a new video up online today using it. That’s a good thing, and I know it’s going to be used at least once a week just like that. Worth the price.

There are a few drawbacks from my test today.

1. It would be nice if there were a way to make sure that notifications did not show while recording. They block the teleprompter, and OF COURSE everyone on my team (Nifty) started chatting RIGHT THEN. I know I can enable DND, and will. It’s just a pain when I forget.

2. The teleprompter speed is somewhat awkward to adjust, if you’ve not done it before (I hadn’t). If it were voice-activated, that would be much better.

3. The “Send to App” and “Upload” were not obvious to me, so I needed some help from service. However, they helped me quickly, and I got it done.

Overall, I’ve only used the basics, and I’m going to buy another stack, so I can use this with marketing partners. Very happy with the purchase. *smiles*

I really like video apps, so I just had to try this out. Something I didn’t realize when I purchased it is that you can make drag and drop videos as well, not just the teleprompter/self-recording videos that are stressed in the description, so it’s more full featured than I realized. Maybe I just missed it in the description, but that is an added bonus. It can be used on the desktop, and you just type your text and quickly select an image or video (and background music) from the stock library. My “test video” was about as simple as it gets, and I really like the end result. It looks like it took longer than the three minutes it actually took me to create it. I was able to render it and email it out equally quickly, so to me this has a variety of uses beyond what is being emphasized here in the description. This is a good purchase — a good value with some useful features already.

I’m very pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to create videos. I was a little worried about not being able to use it on a laptop, but the fact that you can create a script on your laptop and send it to the app is great. That will do it for me. I just didn’t want to wind up uploading in my google documents or sending emails to myself and copying and pasting on the phone. Fortunately, I don’t have to do it.
I still have some learning to do in terms of editing. I will attend the webinar.
In addition, it’s great that you can create smaller pieces of content just by editing out the text. That’s big for us content creators, I mean online business owners who do their own content. I can see myself creating a video, and then creating smaller pieces from it that you can post on social media.
This one is definitely a keeper especially if you script your videos and read from a teleprompter. Your captions are automatically created. Huge high five and five tacos for it.

I was very sleepy last night, I saw this on AppSumo and I bought this with blinking eyes thinking if it goes off in the morning and I regret forever.

I was planning to do something of my own by paying a coder, you guys don’t have any idea what you have done for me!
